As per the FSSAI Notification No. – RCD-02001/9/2021-Regulatory-FSSAI, dated 2nd May 2022 – All the Central Licensed Manufacturer/Processors under High Risk Food Categories as mentioned below shall get its business audited by FSSAI recognised food safety auditing agency every year. Also, Third Party Auditing of manufacturers/processors of high-risk categories having State License may be mandated by the concerned Commissioners of Food Safety in their respective States/Union Territories.
