For only inspection services, depending on the client’s requirements and the industry standards they are comfortable with, we adhere different industry standards such as: ISI, API, ANSI, ASME, ASTM, DIN, EC and JIS amongst others.
For other verticals, we adhere to the best- in-class standards available and being practiced globally in the fields of finance, human resources and training methods as well as climate and environmental consultancy (based on United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change methodologies and guidelines).
For all our verticals, we follow time-tested and internally proven and efficient processes, which are designed to serve our customers’ needs in totality and provide value for their investment of time and money.
For example, in the third party inspection vertical our approach is based on the following axioms:
- Dedicated Project Managers for large projects
- Dedicated Project and Regional Coordinators
- The right inspector for right job assignments are executed by surveyors with specific knowledge and experience directly applicable to the task at hand
- Inspection Scheduling – within two working days for all local inspections and three working days for all outstation inspections
- Inspection Reporting – within 48 hours after completion of inspection
- Digital backups are maintained for reports, records, photographs and related documents for three months
A typical inspection process with Maxsure flows like this:
- Clients almost always intimate us about a job via email, sometimes supplemented by a phone call. Through email communication, we gather all the necessary details such as material description, scope of inspection, relevant standards, supplier contact details amongst others.
- We conduct a feasibility study (as regards availability of skilled resources at the right location), GAP analysis (to check whether we have received all the necessary artefacts required for inspection) and estimation (the number of person-days required for the job).
- Post-identification of the most suitable resource(s), we ensure we have received all the necessary documents, and procure a sign off from the client on our estimate and the inspection scope.
- We then contact the supplier at their site, to check the availability of the goods and freeze the inspection date, which the client is kept informed.
- Once logistics issues are taken care of, the inspector is deputed to the inspection site to conduct the inspection.
- The inspection process is thorough and meticulous. For instance, in industrial inspections, different destructive and non-destructive tests are carried out and detailed performance is witnessed during the course of the inspection at the manufacturer’s facility or at independent laboratories. Similarly, for our vendor assessment services our conclusions are based on extensive cross checking of various technical, functional, legal, social and quality aspects. The process includes interviewing the vendor’s employees and management, verification of – production capabilities, quality management system, employee strength and skill-sets, employee management relations, financial health of the organization amongst others.
- Post-physical inspection, detailed reporting is done in either our internal formats (approved by the respective client) or the client’s format. The reporting includes defined and final conclusions, actual site, material and equipment photographs, details of all the specifications and dimensions (benchmarks/standards versus actuals), material test certificates and other supporting lab test reports.
- Post-report delivery, we provide all related clarifications for any discrepancies or disputes raised by the client. These clarifications are provided in consultation with the particular inspector.
